Fit My Life would like to present Strength and Conditioning (SC). SC is a workout program that has been designed solely by FML Fitness to bring together all of the relevant exercise types and combine them in a highly functional design. Combining mobility, stability, core strength, olympic lifting, circuit training, strength training, and so much more into one program. Our design is geared towards reducing risk of injury and also moving participants through multiple planes of motion. This unique design will help build a balanced body ready for any task thrown your way. We invite EVERYONE to try this class. It is perfect for a athlete who loves a challenge, a newbie looking to learn how to use a barbell and anyone looking to improve performance.
